The tray holds the compartments
The inner tray contains the divided sections. The 7-Day model has a Monday-through-Sunday arrangement. The Daily 3 model has three sections for a single day's morning, noon, and night layout.
The AM / PM set uses two separate trays with outer sleeves, providing seven morning sections and seven evening sections. The shared opening concept does not make these models interchangeable: their compartment layouts serve different organizational needs.
The sleeve surrounds the tray
The sleeve is the outer part of the case. As the tray slides through it, the compartment area becomes accessible. This is the main movement to look for in the product photographs when comparing a sliding case with a case that opens using individual hinged lids.
Neither opening style is automatically the right choice for everyone. Consider whether you prefer handling a tray and sleeve or opening separate lids. Product photographs explain the movement, but they cannot establish how easy a mechanism will feel in your own hands.
The side button releases the tray
The 7-Day product description identifies a side button that releases the tray for opening and returns to the lock position after closing. The AM / PM and Daily 3 descriptions use the same side-button sliding system.
Try the movement with the case empty when it arrives. Keep the organizer supported on a stable surface, use the intended button mechanism, and avoid forcing a part that does not move as expected. If something seems misaligned or does not close normally, contact Form & Fix for help.
A button or lock mechanism alone does not establish child-resistant performance or a waterproof seal. Those claims are not part of the current product specifications.
Look at the material and care instructions
These organizers list PLA as the material for their main components and are made to order. Fine layer lines and small surface differences may be visible from piece to piece.
For routine care, the product instructions call for wiping with a soft cloth as needed and avoiding prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight. Check the instructions for your exact model rather than assuming that dishwasher cleaning or another cleaning method is suitable.
Three questions to answer before choosing
- Does the layout match my needs? Choose weekday sections, separate AM / PM sections, or a single-day three-section format.
- Will it fit where I plan to keep it? Check the outer dimensions, compartment dimensions, and room to slide the tray.
- Do I understand the opening movement? Review the tray, sleeve, and button in the available product photos, and ask about anything that is unclear.
